Integrations

SquirrelStack connects with popular tools to pull in data and automate workflows. Each integration is configured in Settings and can be disconnected at any time.

Stripe

Connect your Stripe account to automatically sync subscriptions, invoices, and customer data into SquirrelStack. Once connected, your MRR, churn, and cashflow metrics are calculated automatically from live Stripe data. Set up the connection in Settings > Metrics.

Slack

Send notifications to a Slack channel when key events happen — new help desk conversations, monitor alerts, deal updates, and more. Connect your workspace in the Slack settings, choose a channel, and configure which events trigger notifications in Settings > Notifications.

Zoom

Link your Zoom account to automatically generate meeting links for CRM bookings. When a contact books a meeting, a Zoom link is created and included in the confirmation email. Connect Zoom from the integrations section in Settings.

Google Search Console

See how your site performs in Google search results alongside your analytics data. Connect your Google account, select a property, and SquirrelStack syncs your search queries, impressions, clicks, and average position. Manage the connection in Settings > Metrics.

View your Google Ads performance inside SquirrelStack. See campaign spend, conversions, keywords, search terms, and ad copy performance. Connect your Google Ads account from the Ads section.

LinkedIn Ads

Monitor your LinkedIn Ads campaigns, creatives, and audience demographics. Connect your LinkedIn account and select an ad account to start syncing performance data.

HubSpot

Sync deals from HubSpot into your SquirrelStack CRM. Connected deals stay in sync so you can view HubSpot pipeline data alongside your other SquirrelStack data. Manage the connection in Settings > CRM.

Xero

Connect your Xero account for accounting data integration. Link your Xero organisation from the integrations settings to get started.
